Time of Change Sedona Vision Quest Retreat
Being My Own Shaman-Healer
Sept. 20 - 27, 2011

Choose to evoke change and movement, to create a new mythology, as you free limiting patterns and emotional-energetic stuck places with loving kindness to yourself. Reclaim fragmented parts of your soul, practice deep communion with shape shifting and solo time in nature. Rebalance with the Circle of Power/Medicine Wheel Ceremony.

**Please see full program description here and see if you feel ready for this intensive week of inner seeing practice
**or you can choose just to do the core 4 - 5 day program 1 described here without the solo overnight

Pathways we Use:
--Shamanism based on a living relation to Nature and seer skills
--Ceremony--Create sacred space, invoke cosmic energies
--Conscious evolution using powerful insight tools that enhance the shamanic practices including lucid dreaming, rewiring belief systems, tracking how you use your energy
--Mindfulness--here-now clear-eyed Presence with Self

The high desert landscape temples of Sedona open your heart, energize you and reflect light back to you. But your own intention and willingness to be in compassionate communion with all that you are without judgment gives wings to your journey!

Each morning you will have dream, meditation and writing practices on your own flowing from the skills we practice in the retreat. Each afternoon you will have nature practices and communion time on your own. These begin instilling skills to take back into your life and are the essence of you becoming your own seer and healer. Each day we will share dreams, signs that come to you--I will be giving you feedback. I recommend you give yourself a day after our retreat to shop, have fun, integrate before returning to your busy home-work world. Adding on a Hopi and Navajo Journey during or after the retreat is a powerful addition and integration of ancient earth wisdom principals.
