The daily sessions will provide you with feedback and insights. Your own daily practices with inner tools and nature awareness are a core part of the retreat. To get the most out of it, please clear space for this so you can turn off the cell phone and computer and really be Present with You.

1. Being My Own Shaman-Healer Core Program
Soul Journey Retreat:
4 - 5 days

exact order will vary; can be adjusted to fit your time frame.

Lodging, meals are NOT included.
I will send you a list of recommended places to stay in a variety of prices ranges (hotels, B&B's, camping).
Time frames for sessions depends on # of participants.
The retreats are always open to add other participants (which lowers the cost and provides opportunties for increased group energies)
(1 or 2 person price does not guarantee a private retreat, but does assure you that it will happen on the dates you want to come to Sedona; I will try to get others to join you if possible.)

Each morning you will have dream, meditation and writing practices on your own flowing from the skills we practice in the retreat. Each afternoon you will have nature practices and communion time on your own. These begin instilling skills to take back into your life and are the essence of you becoming your own seer and healer. Each day we will share dreams, signs that come to you--I will be giving you feedback. I recommend you give yourself a day after our retreat to shop, have fun, integrate before returning to your busy home-work world. Adding on a Hopi and Navajo Journey after the retreat is a powerful addition and integration of ancient earth wisdom principals.

Sedona Sacred Sites/Vortex Tour + Earth and Sky Speak to us in a flowing experience amid Sedona's landscape temples. Practice ways of being in nature as a doorway to open to fresh inspiration: rock divining, vision circle, tree wisdom, thick description, close observation, embracing the elements, messages mirrored to you from nature, noticing patterns. What are signs? Insights into broader Colorado Plateau/ancient cultures regional perspective on sacred lands.

Soul Journey Session 1, Inner Pathways – Conscious Evolution (2 hours with 1 or 2 people; 2.5 hours with 3-4 people)
Powerful insight tools to enhance shamanic seeing:  practice with lucid dreaming, meditation, tracking-clearing energies, healing destructive cellular memories to rewire nervous system and raise frequency, listening to body wisdom, developing Here-Now Presence as your point of power.  Includes chakra clearing and sound healing with gong and Himalayan metals.

I support you with intuitive insights and holding a circle of support for you. I have seen people make profound realizations, free up emotional drains, deepen self-acceptance and resolve; and, thus, let of their soul's radiance to shine. From this centered aware place, you become self-referencing, less looking to outside sources for approval and more trusting of your own wisdom. We use these tools throughout the retreat.

Mystical Nature Shamanic Journey Seminar in Nature (3 hours)
In a series of spirit journeys to the drum, we connect with medicine animals, wise helpoer spirits, tree wisdom and more. Sandra mentors you and offers intuitive insights.

Soul Journey Session #2, Soul Retrieval and Extraction, Part 1
Soul Retrieval Experiental Seminar; you become your own shaman in a safe and nurturing space in a poignant session of calling back and integrating a part of your own soul that has become energetically separated from you following a series of shamanic journeys to connect with powerful guidance, practice tracking soul parts and release blocks.

Circle of Power Teaching and Healing Ceremony, evening, 2 1/2 to 4 hours (depending on how many people). Learn ancient principles of working with ceremony; receive a vibrational healing from earth and cosmos and drumming; shamanic rebalancing work by Sandra as guided by spirit. An uplifting experience for creating positive movement in your life as you align with your soul energy and the cosmos.

On own: Write your new mythology, Create a symbolic spirit mandala
Soul Journey Session 4, Past Life, Mystic Child, Future Self
Deepening cognitive dreaming, connecting with your mystical child, past and future self, re-dreaming ceremony to recast energies from potent events of your life into your new evolution now.

New moon, Spring in full bloom, meteor showers--

With these peak spring energies, this is a potent time to connect with nature and ceremony and the power of our own focused intention to create a new vibrational frequency and positive movement.

Reaching far back into human consciousness is a knowing of the importance of aligning with patterns of organization found in our greater universe. Ceremony is used to create balance and instigate positive change. Ceremonies remind us that we are part of a wave of energy in flow with all of creation and not merely a separate particle as our thinking mind perceives. We can use ceremony to emerge new phenomena.

Ceremony makes our shifts real to our mind. It opens a new sense of connection between you and the powers of the universe and gives you experience working with your helping spirits. A sense of inner harmony is generated as we open our heart and become one with the universe.

In ceremonies I lead I am very respectful not to copy from any of today's Native American tribal ceremonies. I use universal, time-honored ways as a framework. I have learned the power of focusing many days or weeks in advance as helper energies are evoked. I listen to my guidance and intuition and use years of experience to bring these universal ways into a living, contemporary form for all people. A kind of surrender takes place as you become a fluid vessel for waves of energy to flow through.

There is an awakening in our Western world to the need to participate more directly with energies of creation that flow so powerfully through nature. We are co-creating a new tribal way open to all people that is growing out each of our deepening relationship with the circle of life and evolving consciousness of life on Mother Earth.

Hopi Indian Lands Journey (detailed description and photos) which includes special blessing circle with a traditional healer (by donation), home and village visits, Hopi dinner, and sharing with these reverent, warm-hearted People. and Canyon de Chelly with jeep tour into this beautiful canyon, ancient sacred place of spiritual connection and a Navajo fire blessing ceremony. See prehistoric cliff dwellings of the Hopi ancestors, personal vision quest time and fire blessing ceremony to help us connect the Holy Ones who inhabit this mythological place. See description and photos which are included on the Hopi page. $550* (per person based on 4 or 5 people; cost goes down to $500 each with 6 people + hotel (Good quality on-reservation inns cost from $100-135 per double room in summer and fall high season; will be less in March--we will let you know if there is a room mate opportunity. We make your hotel reservations, but you pay for your room directly on arrival.) If you are hardy, you can camp out for free in the National Monument campground. Balance due 30 days prior to retreat. Special arrangements can be made to do a one-day Hopi trip if you cannot do the 2-day trip. Ask for details. Should there not be minimum of 4 people for the journey, I offer a self-drive experience for those who are adventuring. Can be a one day Hopi with seminar with me in Sedona and then drive up and meet my Hopi guide who goes with you to villages and her home for 5 hours. Can extend to overnight and go meet Navajo guide for an experience in Canyon de Chelly and could include spending time with a weaver-wise woman.
