Universal earth medicine, east-west emotional healing ways, dream awareness, dream seeding, tracking and reclaiming energies, releasing that which no longer serves, and meditation to move energy are some of the tools we use. I intuitively assist you in reading signs from nature, your body, your dreams, meditations, visions and the tarot/medicine cards.

Some Elements We Work With:

Shamanism for today is based on ancient principles of ecstatic union with the divine and is the worlds' oldest form of spiritual practice. Wild nature is a doorway, a direct pipeline of connection. A shaman is a person practiced in reading the signs, receiving and transmitting energies, and journeying in his/her spirit body to obtain information/energies needed for guidance and healing. This is a natural birthright we all have.

We journey amid landscape temples practicing extra-ordinary knowing-sensing, deep listening, observing the signs, making relationship with the rocks, plant and animal beings, deepening our sense of knowing and connection. We also journey in our spirit body to the drum for guidance, wisdom, renewed balance and to connect with spirit helpers. Experience deep soul communion in nature with solo time on your own practicing shape shifting and vision quest.

I assist you in reading the signs that are coming to from nature, your body, your dreams, in meditations and visions, in the tarot/medicine cards. The daily sessions will provide you with feedback and insights.

We use a variety of inner journey experiences to open your own direct soul connection for guidance and healing. Learn to do your own soul-retrieval and bring more of you home--allow more of your soul's light to shine. Practice effective daily meditation and being more present here and now and chakra clearing. We draw on wise practices from Native American and Tibetan shamanism, tracking techniques for reclaiming leaking energies, contemporary east-west self-awareness practices such as listening to what our body is telling us and letting it naturally free up stuck energies, past-life and metaphysical understandings.

The Circle of Power Healing Ceremony is a powerful experience of using intention, prayers, gratitude, spiritual energies, focus for your new balance. We connect with "spiritual surgeons", medicine helpers to help us release that which no longer serves and bring in a new sense of balance and to channel hands-on healing energies for ourselves and others. My spirit guides work through me on your behalf to restore energies, parts of your soul and assist you in your own healing intention.

Dreams are a direct and potent source of guidance and healing. We work with dream seeding, sensing the energy/essence of the dream, lucid dreaming, spontaneous healing and soul retrieval. You become more and more the creator of a new dream not controlled by the mass dream of the greater culture or your own past traumas.

Yoga is highly recommended and an elective option. There are 2 studios in Sedona which offer a daily schedule of classes (kundalini, flow, hatha) for $15 per 1 or 1 1/2 hour class. Information provided in your registration info packet.

Soul Journey Group Retreats Twice a year we offer special group intensives which are concentrated, focused experiences of Nature, Soul and Vision and include Native wisdom keeper(s) Soul Journey Retreat in Sedona, New Year's weekend Earth Medicine Vision Quest Retreat in Canyon de Chelly, a great privilege and unique chance to live on Native lands and absorb ancient wisdom by direct osmosis assisted by Hopi and Navajo wisdom keepers.!

Personalized Retreats For those who come here at other times of the year, have more time to spend, want more integration time, we are now offering personalized self-discovery retreats. Each retreat is uniquely created for you, the time of year and according to intuitive inspiration. Packages 1 , 2 and 3 are described below--plus with all of them, there is an option to go to Hopi Indian lands. I try to link up at least 2 to 4 people for each retreat to keep your costs lower and also to have shared energies for your journey. It always works out that the right people end up sharing these experiences. I definitely know I am not in charge of the roster! exact order will vary; can be compressed into less or more time depending on your time frame.

Each morning you will have dream, meditation and writing practices on your own flowing from the skills we practice in the retreat. Each afternoon you will have nature practices and communion time on your own. These begin instilling skills to take back into your life and are the essence of you becoming your own seer and healer. Each day we will share dreams, signs that come to you--I will be giving you feedback. I recommend you give yourself a day after our retreat to shop, have fun, integrate before returning to your busy home-work world.

Nature, Soul and Vision, 7 - 8 hours
Re-Visioning Your Destiny in a flowing all day experience amid Sedona's landscape temples and"vortex" sites with water ceremony at a prehistoric site and broader Colorado Plateau/ancient cultures regional perspective on sacred lands. Reading the signs, opening to the supportive energies of nature, connecting with powerful spirit helpers, shamanic journey skills, walking quest experience.

day 2
Soul Journey Session 1, Inner Pathways:
Principles of Presence and dream awareness; practice with meditation, tracking your energies, allowing your own body wisdom to release embedded heavy emotions, chakra clearing and raising your cellular vibration (capacity to hold light) supported by Spirit Helpers, intuitive insights and ancient sound healing instruments. People have had profound realizations and emotional releases during these sessions that have allowed more of their soul's radiance to shine. 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

Mystical Nature Soul Journey at sunset and in starlight, 3 hours deepening shamanic practice with nature at night, Native star stories, mini vision quest experience, Recapitulation-Redreaming Ceremony

day 3
Soul Journey Session #2, Soul Retrieval and Extraction
Soul Retrieval Experiental Seminar; you become your own shaman in a safe and nurturing space in a poignant session of calling back and integrating a part of your own soul that has become energetically separated from you. 2 - 2 1/2 hours

Plus processing-integrating all that is moving from session 1 and the nature work practices, moving through resistances that arise. This second session strengthens using these tools as an effective practice for you to take back home.

On your own during afternoon:

Mini-vision quest experience on in powerful setting

Circle of Power Teaching and Healing Ceremony, evening, 2 1/2 to 4 hours (depending on how many people). Learn ancient principles of working with ceremony; receive a vibrational healing from earth and cosmos and drumming; shamanic rebalancing work by Sandra as guided by spirit. An uplifting experience for creating positive movement in your life as you align with your soul energy and the cosmos.

Write your new mythology
Create a symbolic spirit mandala

Yoga sessions are $15 per class (not included) but I will provide you the schedule for the two excellent yoga studios we have here in Sedona. Classes are available every day. Your retreat schedule times can be adjusted to accommodate the yoga classes.

6 -7 day Sedona Vision Quest Retreat
Includes Package 1 plus more soul deepening work with an overnight solo communion in nature. Having the full 6-7 days plus giving yourself a day to integrate afterward provides enough time to more fully embrace your shift into a new level of soul expression. The vision quest focus engages your intention and energies at a deeper level. You want really create a space of separation from your daily life to commit to this.

Hopi Indian Lands Journey
to connect with this ancient land pregnant with thousands of years of prayers--
for some this can be a real enhancement to the retreat experience.

Hopi Mesas Journey is $210 plus tax; tax is discounted for retreat participants. 4 person minimum for this trip--we will adjust the timing of the trip to seasonal activities going on at Hopi and when I can schedule the other people.
It is also possible to do a solo trip to Hopi with pre-trip seminar with Sandra
and driving up on your own and meeting up with Hopi guide.
