I have created an integrated program that helps you open the pathways to your own soul's knowing. If this feels right, if you feel ready, I am here for you. Creator gifted me with the ability to hold space for people, to reflect back their soul's gifts in an honoring, insightful, supportive way. I help you create a safe and sacred space.
The daily sessions will provide you with feedback and insights. Your own daily practices with inner tools and nature awareness are a core part of the retreat. To get the most out of it, please clear space for this so you can turn off the cell phone and computer and really be Present with You. |

A"shaman" is a person practiced in reading the signs, receiving and transmitting energies, and journeying in his/her spirit body to obtain information/energies needed for guidance and healing. This is a natural birthright we all have. |

We journey amid landscape temples practicing extra-ordinary knowing-sensing, deep listening, observing the signs, making relationship with the rocks, plant and animal beings, deepening our sense of knowing and connection. We are out at dawn, sunset and under the stars building confidence and perception skills.
We also journey in our spirit body to the drum for guidance, wisdom, renewed balance and to connect with spirit helpers. Experience deep soul communion in nature with solo time on your own practicing shape shifting, deep observing.
I intuitively assist you in reading signs from nature, your body, your dreams, meditations, visions and the tarot/medicine cards.

The Circle of Power Healing Ceremony is a powerful experience of using intention, prayers, gratitude, spiritual energies, focus for your new balance. We connect with medicine helpers to assist us to release that which no longer serves and bring in a new sense of balance and to channel hands-on healing energies for ourselves and others. My spirit guides work through me on your behalf to assist you in your own healing intention.
Dreams are a direct and potent source of guidance and healing. We work with dream seeding, sensing the energy/essence of the dream, lucid dreaming. You become more and more the creator of a new dream not controlled by the mass dream of the greater culture or your own past traumas.
1. Being My Own Shaman-Healer Core Program Soul Journey Retreat: 4 - 5 days

Time frames for sessions depends on # of participants.
The retreats are always open to add other participants (which lowers the cost and provides opportunties for increased group energies)

Each morning you will have dream, meditation and writing practices on your own flowing from the skills we practice in the retreat. Each afternoon you will have nature practices and communion time on your own. These begin instilling skills to take back into your life and are the essence of you becoming your own seer and healer. Each day we will share dreams, signs that come to you--I will be giving you feedback. I recommend you give yourself a day after our retreat to shop, have fun, integrate before returning to your busy home-work world. Adding on a Hopi and Navajo Journey during or after the retreat is a powerful addition and integration of ancient earth wisdom principals.

Sedona Sacred Sites/Vortex Tour + Earth and Sky Speak to us in a flowing experience amid Sedona's landscape temples. Practice ways of being in nature as a doorway to open to fresh inspiration: rock divining, vision circle, tree wisdom, thick description, close observation, embracing the elements, messages mirrored to you from nature, noticing patterns. What are signs? Insights into broader Colorado Plateau/ancient cultures regional perspective on sacred lands.

Soul Journey Session 1, Inner Pathways – Conscious Evolution
(2 hours with 1 or 2 people; 2.5 hours with 3-4 people)
Powerful insight tools to enhance shamanic seeing: practice with lucid dreaming, meditation, tracking-clearing energies, healing destructive cellular memories to rewire nervous system and raise frequency, listening to body wisdom, developing Here-Now Presence as your point of power. Includes chakra clearing and sound healing with gong and Himalayan metals.
I support you with intuitive insights and holding a circle of support for you. I have seen people make profound realizations, free up emotional drains, deepen self-acceptance and resolve; and, thus, let of their soul's radiance to shine. From this centered aware place, you become self-referencing, less looking to outside sources for approval and more trusting of your own wisdom. We use these tools throughout the retreat.

Mystical Nature Shamanic Journey Seminar in Nature (3 hours)
In a series of spirit journeys to the drum, we connect with medicine animals, wise helpoer spirits, tree wisdom and more. Sandra mentors you and offers intuitive insights.

Soul Journey Session #2, Soul Retrieval and Extraction
We begin with a powerful intention to bring in powerful supportive Helper Spirits that are right for you at this time. Within the framework of this energy, we journey to uncover what is key for you to deal with at this time and, with your spirit support, you will experience moving this energetic pattern. We make it real to your mind with a follow up ceremony. We may also do a journey to confront an addiction, challenge or illness and begin a process of shifting that. For this to be affective, you have to be engaged in the process and do follow up. This is not a magic bullet. But you can make an energetic break through.

Soul Journey Session #3, Soul Retrieval
This work is to reclaim more of your soul’s presence and vital energy that have become separated or weakened in expression in your life through traumas, misperceptions, and various life experiences. I can journey into the spirit world and find fragmented parts of your soul and negotiate with them to come back to you--but it is far more empowering and effective for you to do this for yourself. Building on the work done in Extraction and Spirit Helper connection, you learn how to track in the Lower World to find what is lost or hidden with a practice journey. Then we track, retrieve and ceremonially integrate part(s) of you that are ready to come home into your life now. This is a profound act of coming home to self--a deeply self-nurturing and freeing experience.
On your own during afternoon: Integrate soul retrieval work, continue nature practices at different sites

Sunset-Starlight Nature, Solo Sacred Circle. (3 - 3.5) hours deepening shamanic practice with nature at night, Native star stories, stargaze. Introduction to vision quest circle in nature: focus, calming mind, being in communication with the cosmos, safety tips so you feel comfortable being in solo vision circle for an hour. |

Circle of Power Teaching and Healing Ceremony, evening, 2 1/2 to 4 hours (depending on how many people). Learn ancient principles of working with ceremony; receive a vibrational healing from earth and cosmos and drumming; shamanic rebalancing work by Sandra as guided by spirit. An uplifting experience for creating positive movement in your life as you align with your soul energy and the cosmos.

Re-dreaming ceremony to recast energies from potent events of your life into your new evolution now. Connect with past and future selves that are meaningful to you here and now. Reclaim visionary childhood connections. Deepen skill level with aware dreaming, shifting embedded patterns, soul retrieval, releasing cords, revisioning your destiny as you connect with your greater potential self. Find your power song.
