In these experiential sessions, I support and guide you to become your own seer as we merge ancient practices with quantum physics, meditation, modern pyschological approaches, come consciously present here and now, and try to tame/calm the overstimulated modern brain so we can truly listen to the greater self that is actually guiding our life. You develop attention, intention, intuition, courage, shamanic and cognitive dreaming skills and greater presence with your true self. We are each being called to be more than we know we are; to become our own shaman-healer. Come home to yourself, your soul's fire. Session 1 Spirit Helper Connection and Shamanic Journey Skills Shamanic Journey foundational skills development seminar connecting you with the communicative life force of the universe for spiritual support and guidance. Learn to work with intention, focus, subtle messages, energies and letting spirit come to you. Animal helpers, for example, come to us naturally offering a vibrational resonance that enlarges our energy field, skills and perceptions and sense of never being truly alone as we face our challenges. This provides a powerful base for the deeper soul journey work if you have not already done the outdoor 4 - 8 hour experience: --Mystical Nature Shamanic Journey --Nature, Soul and Vision or had solid previous experience in these skills.

Session 2 Inner Pathways This is a foundational session with teachings and experiences to develop Presence here and now as your point of power. We use lucid dream awareness as a potent source of guidance and preparing for change. We develop skills in meditation, tracking your energies, allowing your own body wisdom to release embedded heavy emotions. As you become your own witness, you have freedom to choose in the moment to shift your vibrational field and not be trapped in old reactionary patterns. I support you with intuitive insights and holding a circle of support for you. I have seen people make profound realizations, free up emotional drains, deepen self-acceptance and resolve-- thus re of their soul's radiance to shine. From this centered aware place, you become self-referencing, less looking to outside sources for approval and more trusting of your own wisdom. Enjoy a chakra clearing which assists you to raise your cellular vibration (capacity to hold light) and ancient sound healing instruments (including a gong journey that allows for releases and movement of energy).

Sessions 3-4 Aligning with our Greater Self-- Befriending our wild twins: release and soul expansion In quantum physics, there are particles or logical sequences that help us function in daily life and waves or intuitive knowing interacting with the dynamic whole and able to perceive potentials. The logical mind, that wonderful functional part of us, is also the part that resists change and expansion as it upsets our ordered reality. Yet the real us is our expanded field of awareness outside our physical body that is actually guiding our life. Thus, we have the constant tension of opposition. Part of us wants to stay in our comfort zone and the real "I" that won't leave us alone is constantly prodding us into a new expression (through dreams, longings, restless stirrings). Extraction Release is an essential element to create space for a bigger energy to come in to you--soul retrieval is a whole lot more effective when preceded by clearing work. In tribal medicine ways, clearing of negative intrusion is the first aspect of consideration. After years of working with this I see that much of what we view as negative is our own inner resistance to change, our old patterns that once served a protective purpose but now are impeding our expansion and/or inculturated belief systems. We work in the upper world, the celestial realms, with assistance of spirit helpers and the quantum greater soul self to negotiate, shift and come to a new agreement within ourself. It is not an attack or battle with negativity. Rather, we acknowledge, thank, instruct, free these energies that got stunted and stuck with the help of expanded soul support. We break free of limited thinking/behaviors and shift into new vibrational frequency more in alignment with our greater potenialized self that is really guiding our life. Soul Retrieval and connecting with our greater potential self In the process of life, we all lose vital parts of our energy through traumas, social conditioning and more. In a sequenced set of journeys, I guide you, hold space for you, to reclaim a part of your expression and spirit and then to integrate it into your life, and provide intuitive feedback. This is a profound act of coming home to self--a deeply self-nurturing and freeing experience. I can journey into the spirit world and find fragmented parts of your soul and negotiate with them to come back to you--but it is far more empowering and effective for you to do this for yourself. Yes, this takes courage as it opens up blocked emotion--but the gift you give yourself in this process is that you become able to express more of your creativity, feelings and power. This frees up energy and opens the door to more expansive soul expression. Plus we will process-integrate your dream and other work done in between sessions and work with resistances that arise. This process takes at least two sessions. It can be combined with the Inner Pathways session. Plus you need good shamanic journey skills to do this effectively. This is an on-going awareness process and committment on your part, not a quick fix.

Session 5 Past and Future Selves Re-dreaming ceremony to draw and recast energies from potent events of your life into supporting your new vision. Journey to connect with past and future selves/energies that are meaningful to you here and now. Reclaim visionary childhood connections. Deepen skill level with aware dreaming, shifting embedded patterns, soul retrieval, releasing cords, revisioning your destiny as you connect with your greater potential self.

In this focused, reverent time, we practice universal, cross-cultural, honoring ways of working with earth energies, helper spirits and intention to create positive change. You receive a teaching on core elements of working with ceremony and a sound (drum, Himalyan metals, gong) healing session with shamanic insights/energy work.
