Many people request a “vision quest experience”, but do not have time to devote 8 days to do the full program.

This joyful 3-day mystic immersion outdoor program is designed to:

  • develop core skills with seeking vision in nature with nature as a portal to spirit connection
  • work with shamanic journey to connect with the greater field of wisdom and visionary knowing experiences
  • activate inspirations that flow into you with ceremony and experience a drum healing ceremony
  • provide an introductory vision quest solo circle experience during an evening program*
  • give yourself an energetic break from your busy world
  • let some fresh insights flow in

This program does not include any “plant medicine”.  It is not needed: Vision is a natural skill that can be cultivated with attentiveness, focus, and other pathways of the mystic.

*This program does not include being out all night in solo circle. The solo overnight is part of the full 8-day program: Sedona Vision Quest Retreat.

Mystic’s path of direct experience is the core of the retreat.

“It is not the woods I hike through. I hike through the field of power around me that I call my soul, even though at this moment, in this place, I may call it “the woods.” (Tom Cowan, Yearning for the Wind)

“Solo time in nature is a core mystical practice for me that always renews my spirit and belongs to all human beings. Going alone into wild nature at night builds personal confidence and power as you use your awareness tools and trust in Source to overcome fears that arise. This is an ancient way of connecting with your own soul. ” Sandra Cosentino

I love to be out in the quiet of predawn, that magical moment when the birds are just starting to sing up the sun. A moment potent with possibility. Image shows balloon rising with Mingus Mountain in background (a holy place in Yavapai and Tonto Apache mythology).  The full moon is setting and balloon is rising.

If only for a few moments you can enter this greater field of energy, quick flashes of insight can flow in. A joyous sense of being part of the larger plan of life may arise spontaneously. Retreat participant review from March, 2019: “I wanted to do a spiritual retreat in the Sedona area and there were so many choices, I was overwhelmed. I contacted a few, but none of them had any activities or seminars that I truly wanted. Sandra, who runs Crossing Worlds Journeys, responded back promptly to my email and gave me some reading material on her site, and that sealed the deal for me. I did a 3-day retreat, and it was amazing. Time out in nature, she knows so much about the Native American culture and history, and seeing the sunsets and going out to watch the stars, private ceremonies at Oak Creek, it was all wonderful and I plan to do other retreats with her going forward.” Highly recommend!
